SecureConnect does not use user accounts and does not store personal identifying information.

How Data Is Handled
-Scam reports and detection data are processed as anonymous metadata
‍-App usage analytics are collected in aggregate form through Firebase Analytics
-Data is not tied to a specific individual or account

Requesting Data Removal
Because SecureConnect does not maintain user accounts or personal identifiers, there may be limited ability to associate specific data with a particular device.

When contacting us, include:
-Approximate date and time of the event

We will make reasonable efforts to honor deletion requests where technically possible.
